Join Alyssa in the Community Room for 60 minutes of all-levels yoga every final Sunday of the month! All classes are donation-based - pay what you can. A limited amount of mats will be available to borrow, but if you have a yoga mat (or props), please bring them. I also recommend bringing a blanket or towel for extra padding if you have sensitive knees.
You are welcome to stop by 5-10 minutes early to sign up day-of, or you may RSVP online with your donation. In-person, Venmo (@celestial-hum) or cash payments are acceptable.
