🌙Full Moon Flow - Aug RESCHEDULE

We'll indulge in an uplifting all-levels yoga flow and wind down to a peaceful meditation to fully integrate your practice. As we flow, the sun will set and the moon will rise. Throughout this 75 minutes, I aim to attune you to your senses, your breath, and your emotions. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.

Items to bring:

• Yoga mat or beach/long bath towel

• Water or another nourishing beverage

• Layers to remove or add if you get warm/cold (wear more than you think you need - prioritize your comfort!)

• Fill out your Celestial Hum Waiver or sign it in person

  
  

Optional comfort items to bring but are not necessary:

• Additional towels or blankets for support/padding on the knees

• Yoga props you like to use (blocks, bolsters, etc.)

• Bug spray (I will light citronella incense, but you're welcome to bring your own bug spray)

• Some people like to journal before or after class

Parking: Park at Upper Rock Lake Park (just north of Lower) near the pedestrian underpass. Take the tunnel (underpass) and you'll see us there!
